This article originally reported on three discrimination lawsuits against the Cordish Companies. After it was posted, more evidence related to the lawsuits came to light, including the fact that one of the lawsuits was dismissed by a judge for lack of evidence and that certain allegations raised by a witness were later retracted. None of the suits has led to a finding of liability against the Cordish Companies. We have therefore decided to retract the story. We regret the error. – The Editors
