To see and be seen, head to the 15th floor of Hotel Indigo. In the colder months, the bar is a comfortable escape from the hustle below, with a steaming swimming pool just outside the floor-to-ceiling windows beckoning warmer weather. Gaze at the skyline while sipping on the namesake drink made with tequila, cranberry liqueur, allspice dram, apple, and lemon. In the summer months, the pool, which is on one of two terraces, is the centerpiece of an all-day party with a cover. Or come later in the afternoon for regular bar action. The interior is long and narrow, creating a loftlike feel with wood beams, exposed pipes and hanging lights. The cocktail menu includes Moscow Mules and Sparkling Negronis, both bottled in-house. Drinks and food options (think flatbreads, salads, and burgers) change seasonally, as do the craft beers.
