Apple-Infused Bourbon

Ingredients

4 or 5 sliced green apples

1/2 cup sugar

1 bottle of bourbon

Instructions

Combine apples and sugar. Let the apples sit for an hour then add bourbon (enough to cover) to the mixure and let sit, covered, for three days. Strain the mixture back into the empty bottle. (Published 2013)
