Steamed Arctic Char

Ingredients

10 4-oz. arctic char fillets
1½ cups soba tsuyu dipping sauce (available at Sunrise Mart)
½ cup chopped chives

Instructions

Place fish in steamer basket and set over 180-degree water or in a steam oven; steam for 6 to 7 minutes. Place each fillet in a shallow bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of sauce around the fish, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chives over the top. (Published 2015)
