Ingredients

1 oz. Plymouth gin
3/4 lemon juice
1 oz. maraschino
1 tsp. creme de violette

Instructions

Shake and strain into flute, slowly pour Champagne down the stem of a bar spoon, garnish with a cherry. (Published 2010)
