B&E Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary Mix:

6 oz Tomato Juice
1 can Chipotle Peppers with adobe, blended (use 2 tbs spoons of finished liquid)
1 heaping teaspoon Horseradish
.5 heaping teaspoon Sriracha
.5 heaping teaspoon celery salt
.5 heaping teaspoon ground pepper
6-8 dashes Tabasco

1 oz Chocolate Stout (like Brooklyn Brewery's Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout)
2 oz Bacon-Infused Vodka


Mix all ingredients together and shake and strain over ice. Garnish with celery and a piece of crispy bacon.

For the Bacon-Infused Vodka:

Cook 4 pieces of bacon, fliter off fat onto a paper towel, inufuse in a bottle of vodka for 48 hours. Filter infused vodka, 3 times, through coffee filters.
