1.5 oz. Zubrowka vodka
.5 oz. St Germain
.5 oz. pear liqueur
.5 oz. spiced honey syrup
Tiny dash of ginger juice


Add all ingredients to a teapot, then add chamomile tea. Fill very high and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.

Spiced honey syrup is made by gently heating equal parts honey and water. Add spices that have been toasted: star anise, clove, cinnamon, all spice, cardamom, black pepper and fennel seeds. (Published 2012)
