1 garlic clove, peeled and roughly chopped

1 tsp. kosher salt

2 serrano chiles, stemmed and roughly chopped

½ medium white onion, minced

3-4 medium (5 oz.) tomatillos, husked, cut into ¼-inch dice

1 tsp. honey

40 cilantro leaves, roughly chopped


Blend all ingredients at a low speed until smooth. Transfer to a container and refrigerate. (Published 2014)
