The lowdown

Mads Refslund has departed, taking with him his New Nordic menu, and ACME has been reinvented as a French-meets-Italian restaurant. The menu is much simpler — food that the fashion set (ACME’s target clientele) can eat nightly. There’s a kale Caesar salad, black-bean falafel, risotto, and a roasted chicken with wild mushrooms.
