At this pub — the original location at what has grown into an international chain — burgers come in variations like your classic All-American, the blue-cheese and buttermilk-dill-topped Greg Norman, and with “burger” where falafel subs for beef. There’s also wings, onion rings, salads, and other classic bar fare, but since debuting a menu of its over-the-top milkshakes featuring Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, M&M’s, pretzel sticks, and entire slices of cake, dessert has become the name of the game at Black Tap (and inspired many an imitator along the way).
