What Eataly is to Italy, Daniel Boulud’s Épicerie Boulud is to French foods (albeit on a much, much smaller scale). At all three locations, visitors are invited to sit down for breakfast sandwiches with jambon de paris, elevated salads, and the shop’s take on bánh mì, or to fill a to-go pastry box or bread bag with some of the city’s finest baguettes, macarons, croissants, and other creative and beautiful baked goods that you’ve probably never heard of but will nevertheless enjoy.
