Think of this as chef Andrew Carmellini’s version of the original Shake Shack. In throwback fashion, it operates out of a chrome retrofitted 1974 Airstream RV in the hotel’s Vale Park. The focused menu consists of griddled burgers, waffle fries offered plain or “dirty dipped” with spicy cheese and scallions, and dairy dips. For people with a sweet tooth, cheekily named ice-cream options abound, with drippy Dairy Queen look-alike cones and sundaes serving as the main attractions.
