Owner Tracy Klonowski’s poodle, Teddy, greets visitors who pass under the blue awning of this corner pet shop in Fort Greene. Despite its name, Who’s Your Doggy carries pet supplies for both cats and dogs, and regulars tend to come for specialty foods like Primal raw frozen treats; Max Cat Gourmet Classics (in flavors like beef ragout and veal pâté); and Eagle Holistic, Wellness, and Merrick dry goods. The clean store with tile floors looks like a regular pet shop despite its high-end stock, which also includes odds and ends like leases, harnesses, dog apparel, and Earthbath natural shampoos in a variety of scents. A full array of grooming services such as washing, blow-drying, ear cleaning, and nail-cutting are available Friday through Monday (appointment recommended), or owners can come by and use the shampoos, towels, brushes, and perfumes to pamper their own pets when the groomer is off. — Caroline Kinneberg
