This absinthe and oyster spot boasts twenty kinds of oysters at $1 a pop during their happy hour. The deal is offered throughout the whole restaurant, but sidle up to the bar for a good view of the absinthe fountain, a replica of the one at the Big Easy’s great Olde Absinthe House.
