SPRING/BREAK Art Show
Skylight at Moynihan Station, W. 31st St., at Eighth Ave.
Dates: 3/3-3/6, noon-8 p.m; 3/7, noon-6 p.m.
Admission:$10-$15
Rather than galleries, this fair features projects by curators, who this year explore the theme "⌘COPY⌘PASTE" through over 800 artists.

This easily navigable fair provides respite from the crowds and offers six galleries from Belgium, France, and the New York area, including Zürcher itself.

Clio Art Fair

Admission:VIP Opening reception, $90; all others, free
By the people, for the people, and billing itself as "The Anti-Fair for Independent Artists," the Clio aims to thwart the system through representing contemporary independent artists not exclusively attached to a New York gallery. And by this non-conformist logic, most of the time, entry is free.

Moving Image New York
Waterfront New York Tunnel, 269 11th Avenue, nr. 27th Street

At this dynamic fair, you'll find single-channel videos and video sculptures selected from international commercial galleries and nonprofit institutions. Browse before you head over at Artsy.net. In conjunction with Times Square Arts, every night in March from 11:57 p.m. to midnight the fair brings Lorna Mills’s GIF of a sunrise over a mountain to Times Square’s electronic billboards.

Art on Paper
Pier 36, 299 South St., at the East River
Dates: 3/3, 6 p.m.-10 p.m.; 3/4-3/5 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; 3/6, noon-6 p.m.
Admission:$25 standard admission - $50
Not just art on paper, but art made with paper, which, with a little imagination, encompasses quite a range. You'll find sculpture, drawing, painting, and photography. This is the second edition of the fair, and they promise to push boundaries.

New City Art Fair

This fair seeks to globalize Asian contemporary art, in all mediums. In its new location in Tribeca, this year the fair focuses solely on young and emerging Japanese artists, with five participating galleries from Tokyo.
