Jenice Malecki of Malecki Law, a well-known securities attorney for over 20 years, helps public (consumer) and institutional investors, as well as industry participants in actions involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and negligence in arbitration and in court, as well as in employment, regulatory (SEC/FINRA) and whistleblower investigations and disputes. She regularly appears in TV and radio interviews, in the news as a securities industry resource and speaks at local law schools and at the Practicing Law Institute (PLI), Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association and NY County Lawyers Association. Ms. Malecki took part in an educational video about FINRA arbitration on WSJ.com.

She started her career in plaintiff’s class action litigation, In re Crazy Eddie, then defending brokers, some of whose conduct was in Martin Scorsese’s The Wolf of Wall Street. She finally founded MALECKI LAW in 1999, and her career was detailed in an article on LawCrossing.com.
