Laura Ann Kelly is a founding partner of Donnelly Minter & Kelly, LLC. With 25+ years’ experience, Ms. Kelly concentrates her practice in trust and estate planning and administration and business succession planning for principals and shareholders of closely-held businesses. Ms. Kelly also frequently provides counsel on structuring charitable trusts and private foundations, nonprofit corporate governance, and creative solutions to achieve clients’ philanthropic goals.
Ms. Kelly is a member of the New Jersey Bar (1992) and New York Bar (1993). She is a member and past President (’05-’06) of the Estate Planning Council of Northern NJ and has been named to the NJ Super Lawyers list from 2015 through 2018.
