The Strategist Created a CES Gift Bag

There are gift bags at conferences, and then there are gift bags at conferences with stuff you’ll actually use. The Strategist has created the latter for Vox Media clients and VIP guests attending the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas this year. What’s in the bag? Well, to start with, the bag itself is a trusty zip-top Baggu. Inside, the goodies include:

Zojirushi Water Bottle

Our favorite water bottle for keeping cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot, the Zojirushi, adorned with the elegant Strategist logo, is a definite contender for the status water bottle of 2020.

Jao Refresher

All that schmoozing and handshaking? During cold season? Jao makes our favorite hand sanitizer — Aidy Bryant turned us on to it.

Gloves in a Bottle

Along the same lines, Gloves in a Bottle, which cured one of our writers’ “reptile hands,” will make for smooth shaking.

Baron Fig Squire Pen

This Baron Fig pen came in first place in our ranking of the 100 best pens.

Public Supply Softcover Notebook

It can be paired with this Public Supply notebookour No. 1 notebook.

Flint Retractable Lint Roller

The sleek Flint roller will get rid of unseemly fuzz and stray cat hair before any important meetings.

Ezra Klein’s Why We’re Polarized

We included some reading for the flight home, like Jake Knapp’s Sprint and the much-anticipated Why We’re Polarized, by Vox’s own Ezra Klein.

Trtl Pillow

Also for the flight: a Trtl pillow, which we deemed the most comfortable travel pillow (and which is essentially a padded scarf). Celeste Ng is a fan.

Keap Candle

Once it’s all over, relax with a trio of candles from Brooklyn-based Keap; they can be found at notable restaurants in New York like Cosme, Mettā, and June Wine Bar.

New York Magazine

And, of course, a copy of New York Magazine.

Every editorial product is independently selected. If you buy something through our links, New York may earn an affiliate commission.
