When Oscar de la Renta sent bold floral prints down his spring ’07 runway, a collective prayer was whispered: Someone, please copy these patterns for those without Swiss bank accounts. J. Crew must have gotten the message; their new merino cardigan is both audaciously pretty and right on trend. Though not as exquisite as de la Renta’s new line, the sweater is more affordable and warm enough to wear right now.
