You’ve got to find the perfect balance between the temperature of the tea and the amount of the ice, or else you end up with a watered-down mess. We’ve been testing this very simple iced-tea maker from Tea Forté. Brew the tea in the top pot; “flash chill” it in the bottom. Drink, repeat. It makes delicious tea each and every time.
