The landmarked Nolita building formerly occupied by Cafe Colonial will soon serve up designer denim instead of buttery croissants. Fresh off their CFDA win for Menswear Designer of the Year, Rag & Bone’s David Neville and Marcus Wainwright are launching their fourth store this weekend. This time the label turns its attentions to the opposite sex: Colonial’s old kitchen has been transformed into a women’s shoe boutique, offering a dozen-odd seasonal styles up to two weeks before department stores get them (Rag & Bone/Jean, 73 E. Houston St., at Elizabeth St.; no phone yet).
