Almost exactly three years after debuting as a stand-alone site, we have launched a U.K. edition. As with the the U.S. flagship, it’s edited by trustworthy journalists (Ailbhe Malone, to be specific), and the goal is to surface the best versions of the things you are specifically looking for as well as the weird and wonderful stuff you didn’t know you needed. We’ll be sharing some of our hits with readers across the pond but for the most part creating brand-new articles that address the specificity of living in the U.K. (like the German shower squeegee that’s able to tackle London’s “hard” water, the honey that cookery author Skye McAlpine buys in bulk at Fortnum’s, and the white T-shirts that fashionable British women swear by). Every now and then, we’ll share these foreign discoveries with you all, and until then, tell your British buds about us, and if you find yourself in London in need of a new pair of “pants,” you’ll know where to look.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
