9 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Etsy to West Elm

Photo: Retailers

This week’s Don’t Dillydally theme could be described as “practical yet aesthetically pleasing buys.” Including some especially nice-looking bakeware from Great Jones, some extremely cheap (and moss green) cotton bath sheets from Coyuchi, and monochrome sneakers from Adidas and actor turned hypebeast Jonah Hill.

Great Jones

Great Jones, maker of status-y dutch ovens and an eye-catching sheet pan, have released an eight-piece bakeware collection that includes said sheet pan, two cake pans, two loaf pans, a ceramic casserole dish, and a pie plate. The collection, called Fully Baked, comes in two shades: their signature Yves Klein–esque blue and a forest green, and can be purchased en masse (saving you a cool $40) or individually. We’re particularly excited about the Breadwinner, a loaf pan that’ll evenly bake quick breads and pound cakes and is made from the same nonstick aluminum steel as the sheet pan.

Etsy x Roller Rabbit

Just in time for holiday tablescaping and gifting, Etsy has partnered with lifestyle brand Roller Rabbit on a limited edition collection that includes serveware (like plates, bowls, linen napkins, and table runners), candles, and even reversible wrapping paper. All of the products are created in collaboration with Etsy artisans using signature Roller Rabbit prints, like this stenciled, hand-painted, and carved plate made by CeramicaBotanica.

Coyuchi

If you’ve ever wanted to snag some Coyuchi linen sheets or towels but haven’t been able to justify the price, the brand recently launched 2nd Home Renewed, which sells refurbished Coyuchi linens from their Take Back program that have been mended and cleaned to be good as new. That includes their bath sheets (a favorite of Strategist writer Karen Iorio Adelson), which are marked down from their normal price of $58 to just $35.

Adidas x Jonah Hill

Actor turned hypebeast Jonah Hill is the latest celebrity to collaborate with Adidas on a sneaker. The shoe riffs on the brand’s classic Samba (reportedly Hill’s favorite silhouette growing up in L.A. in the ’90s), giving the classically multicolored shoe a monochrome makeover. The shoe won’t be out in the U.S. until November 29, but consider this fair warning to set an alarm now — it’s highly likely these will sell out quickly.

Cole Haan x Hasan Minhaj

In other shoe collaboration news, Cole Haan has teamed up with comedian Hasan Minhaj on a limited-edition, weather-resistant hiker boot that has a cushiony, sneaker-like sole and is inspired by his heritage and career. The boot is available in four colorways, including this mineral-yellow suede, which was inspired by typical Bollywood shades. For the color shy, it comes in black and brown, too.

Uniqlo x Jil Sander

Eleven years after their first collection, Uniqlo and Jil Sander have teamed up yet again. This one includes outerwear staples like puffers and double-breasted coats along with button-downs that have quickly sold out. Lots of good things are still up for grabs though, like this long coat, made from a high-quality wool blend, that comes in three shades.

RuPaul x Chia Pet

For fans of RuPaul — a chia pet effigy for you to display among your other plant children or on its own. Like other celebrity chia pets before it, it will sprout a full head of hair in a few short weeks and would make a great gift for a fellow Drag Race obsessed friend.

Rochelle Porter x West Elm

Atlanta-based textile designer Rochelle Porter teamed up with West Elm on a line of graphic home goods, including these velvet pillow covers, which can fit an 18-inch pillow and come in a variety of black-and-white patterns.

Chef Eric Ripert x Stone Street

Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernadin collaborated on a coffee line that’ll be served exclusively at Le Bernadin. The coffee itself, which is roasted in Brooklyn, is available to purchase online. The House Brew is a medium roast made from 100 percent Arabica coffee beans and harvested from carefully selected farms in Central and South America.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
