9 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Uniqlo to Monique Lhuillier

For this week’s “Don’t DillyDally,” we’ve surfaced a range of items we’re sure will sell out, including a petite Dutch oven from Great Jones, Uniqlo U’s fall-winter line, and Saturdays NYC’s first womenswear collection.

Great Jones Dutch Baby and King Sear

Great Jones is expanding its cast-iron lineup with two launches: Dutch Baby and King Sear. Dutch Baby, as the name suggests, is a smaller, round version of the full-size Duchess. The petite pan fits snugly inside the Duchess for easy storage, and its 3.5-quart capacity makes it an ideal one-burner pot. Currently, it comes in four colors — mustard, pink, blueberry, and broccoli — and is available for preorder with plans to ship by the end of October.

$65

King Sear is a 12-inch cast-iron skillet, the largest of the brand’s offerings. Think of this as your dinner-party pan: It’s big enough to cook for an entire group and can do everything from caramelize onions to fry crispy chicken thighs.

Saturdays NYC Womenswear

Saturdays NYC launched its first womenswear brand on October 1. The entire collection was designed and produced by women. The 39-piece range is inspired by the outdoors, which translates to breezy fabrics, sweat-wicking nylon, and relaxed fits. A few of the hits: a structured nylon beach hat that comes in a compelling olivey-lime, a short sweat set made from cotton French terry, and this tencel-cotton shirt that can be worn tucked into jeans or paired with matching boxer shorts.

Uniqlo U F/W 21

Uniqlo U’s latest fall-winter collection is designed by artistic director Christophe Lemaire and his Paris team. It’s a blend of simple, elegant silhouettes and high-quality fabrics available in men’s, women’s, and kids’ sizes. There’s a lot to choose from, but the outerwear feels particularly essential given the dropping temperatures. This padded down jacket made from 50 percent recycled nylon comes in four muted shades.

State x Maisonette

State Bags has teamed up with Maisonette — a curated one-stop shop for stylish kids — on a bike bag that doubles as a cross-body. The roomy bag is big enough to fit kid essentials like the odd toy and a small water bottle. It also has a few pockets for easy organization. Choose from two colorways: a fun checked pattern, pictured here, and a muted green and navy.

Disney x Touchland

Hand-sanitizer brand Touchland is collaborating with Disney on a limited-edition set that’s out today. The brand’s signature bottles have gotten a Mickey Mouse makeover featuring the iconic character in an eye-catching, Pop Art style. Each set includes four of Touchland’s most popular scents: citrus grove, lavender, aloe, and unscented. It comes in a keepsake box, making it a good gift for the Disney obsessive in your life.

Shutterfly x KonMari

If you’re thinking of gifting a personalized keepsake for the holidays, Marie Kondo’s collaboration with Shutterfly could be worth considering. The collection, designed by Kondo, includes journals, glass ornaments, puzzles, and calendars, all of which can be customized with photos of loved ones and other moments that spark joy.

Piglet Merino-Wool Collection

U.K.-based Piglet in Bed has departed from high-quality linen goods with its latest loungewear collection, crafted from merino wool. Available in gray and a mossy green — which the brand says is inspired by rural Britain — the launch includes ribbed leggings, pants, and tank tops, plus a jogger sweat set ideal for comfy, cozy days indoors.

Monique Lhuillier x Pottery Barn

Monique Lhuillier is expanding on its ongoing Pottery Barn collaboration with a holiday collection designed for entertaining. Traditional holiday motifs and colorways abound: There are branch-and-berry-embroidered place mats, winterberry salad plates, and festive, mood-setting candles that have notes of juniper berry, white pine, and fir needle.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
