Stoop-sale season appears to be starting this weekend with some especially worth-the-trek options.
First up: a sidewalk sale outside of Tangerine (616 Lorimer St., Williamsburg), a home-and-vintage store founded by Nu Swim’s Gina Esposito and COA’s Amanda Lurie, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sellers include designer Emily Dawn Long, stylist Lili Burch, artist Camille Browne, writer Nora Deligter, director Adinah Dancyger, and illustrator Maia Gradante. (An early look indicates there will be at least one pair of venom-green Chelsea boots, an orange Agnès B. snap cardigan, a cream silk blazer, and an Eckhaus Latta dress). Cash and Venmo only.
For those seeking gently used Collina Strada, artist-model Alexandra Marzella will be holding a “massive” sale of designer vintage from her Bushwick loft. (On Instagram, artist Liz Mooney teased a Collina Strada slip and a sherbet-striped Dolce & Gabbana button-down. We also spotted an embellished Dooney & Bourke baby backpack.) Address and appointments can be procured via DM. For those who can’t make it in person, Marzella will be uploading her inventory online as well via an IG Story sale.
And there’s a sidewalk sale happening outside of Lolo, a recently opened homewares store in Cobble Hill, also on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (192 Amity St.). There will be 50 percent off some Lolo inventory — including C.A.B. Collection purses, Lingua Franca sweaters, and some handsome sculptural candle holders. And the Lolo team (all of whom appear to have especially good taste) will be selling off clothing and accessories from their own closets. Enjoy.
