8 Things That’ll Almost Definitely Sell Out: From Catbird to Caraway

For this week’s Don’t DillyDally, we’ve surfaced a range of things we’re sure will sell out, including Catbird’s new line of glitter nail polish, Great Jones glassware, and The Simpsons-printed socks.

Caraway’s cookware — a favorite of actress Taraji P. Henson— is well known for being both stylish and easy to clean. The brand recently released a limited-edition copper collection in three new colors: emerald green, midnight blue, and stone. The handsome copper handles add a slightly vintage feel to the best-selling pots and pans.

Also on the kitchenware front, Material just launched an Apertivo Set, which features three of its best sellers: the minimalist Forever peeler, the Almost 4” Knife, and a mini reBoard, which does double duty as a serving tray after you’re done slicing garnishes.

Away, our go-to brand for lightweight luggage, has launched its Aura collection. Just in time for spring break, the line includes both The Bigger Carry On and The Large, plus matching accessories including packing cubes, luggage tags, toiletry bags, and a fanny pack. As an added bonus, the bright colorways will ensure you can easily find your luggage at baggage claim.

Great Jones — makers of our favorite sheet pan and Dutch oven — is trying its hand at glassware. The newest additions to the line include an olive oil and vinegar cruet as well as a measuring cup in two different sizes, all of which are dishwasher safe. We especially love the measuring cups, which come in bright, two-tone colored glass and make a compelling case for replacing your old Pyrex.

Back in 2020, Catbird co-founder Leigh Plessner wrote a Strategist story detailing her favorite glitter nail polishes. “My love of glitter nail polishes was ignited one winter in Williamsburg, long ago,” she wrote. “Now, I happily slap glitter polishes on my nails with the glee of my toddler when I let her at my lotions unwatched.” It’s no surprise that Catbird has now created a line of glitter polishes in five shades “for nails that gleam like seashells in the summer, fairy lights in the winter.” All of which are made using biodegradable, plant-based glitter. And if you do pick up a bottle for an at-home mani, Plessner has some advice: “Always make sure your earrings and your glitter polish go well with each other.”

If you have a baby shower or kid’s birthday party on your spring calendar, Hilary Duff has just designed an adorable collection of children’s clothes for Carter’s, which includes linen rompers, matching sets, and even a bucket hat.

Happy Socks has a new collection featuring the faces of America’s most famous family. You can buy The Simpsons patterned socks in single pairs or very giftable box sets.

Otherland has brought back its Awakening collection in time for spring. Scents include Ruby Root, with notes of sugarbeets, grass, and ginger; Purple Petals, with notes of lilac, hyacinth, and lychee; and Extra Hour, with notes of shiso leaf, verbena, and mint. Each candle is $36, or you could buy a pack of three for $89.

The Strategist is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape. Some of our latest conquests include the best acne treatments, rolling luggage, pillows for side sleepers, natural anxiety remedies, and bath towels. We update links when possible, but note that deals can expire and all prices are subject to change.
