We Found Lupita Nyong’o’s Surprisingly Stylish Neck Fan

Members of the Screen Actors Guild and the Writers Guild of America are on strike, protesting unfair pay conditions. Several A-listers have been spotted sweltering on the picket line, but it was Lupita Nyong’o and her neck fan that really caught our eye. We searched online, cross-referencing the photos of Nyong’o’s fan, and found one by Comlife that seems to be a match. It’s $30 and has the same sleek design and tapered back as Nyong’o’s. Additionally, the fan is bladeless, has a choice of three speeds, and can last up to nine hours when fully charged. While we’ve written about wearable fans before, Lupita’s option is more slimline than the one writer Alison Freer used to stay cool in a 112-degree heat wave, with a more wearable, stylish design. We think it would be a good option for keeping you cool on a clammy commute (or for any picket lines you may be joining). Read the full story below or keep scrolling for a few new stories we think you’ll like.
