Insane Supercut Shows All the Sexist Comments Made to Gretchen Carlson on Fox & Friends

Gretchen Carlson, a longtime Fox News anchor, filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Fox CEO Roger Ailes, claiming he sexually harassed her. The claim includes many, many anecdotes of Ailes behaving inappropriately toward Carlson (he once reportedly told her, “I think you and I should have had a sexual relationship a long time ago, and then you’d be good and better and I’d be good and better”), but it also mentions sexist treatment by her co-anchors on Fox & Friends.

In particular, it accuses Steve Doocy of “generally attempting to put her in her place by refusing to accept and treat her as an intelligent and insightful female journalist rather than a blonde female prop.” But thanks to a new supercut by Bloomberg, it’s apparent that sexist treatment of Carlson on-air was pretty much commonplace.

Among other things, Doocy and Carlson’s other co-host, Brian Kilmeade, chat about Carlson’s skirt, comment on her appearance, and only ask for her expertise on underwear: “When it comes to bra stories, defer to the babe.”
