The Lands’ End Memorial Day Sale Is Really Good

This simple cotton crew comes in a myriad of solid colors and patterns, but I’m partial to all the stripes.

You can never have too many classic, slightly fitted button-downs.

There’s a dress version of the oxford, too — perfect for the pool-to-dinner pipeline.

This one, with a cinched waist and bolder stripe, would work well for that, too.

Not-too-short shorts for running around this summer, with an elastic waist for extra comfort. They come in black, navy, pink, and green as well.

For those looking for pants, try these chinos with a subtle barrel leg. They come in an array of nice colors.

I know these boots don’t necessarily scream “summer,” but they’re a favorite of Veurink — and with such a steep discount, I had to call them out. “Other brands are making trendier versions,” she says, “but these feel like the kind you could buy today and rewear through whatever-corecomes next.”

Werecently debatedthe merits of the iconic L.L.Bean Boat and Tote versus the (perhaps slightly less known) Lands’ End version, and, ultimately, both are too good to choose a winner. The pros of this one are an outside pocket, a zipper closure, and a more malleable canvas than the other. There’s anopen-top versionon sale, too.

Here’s a Baggu-esque version of the tote, with a water-resistant shell. It’s soft enough to fold up for travel and still has the most appreciated features of the regular tote: a zipper top and outside pocket.

A sweet pouch — for makeup, chargers, pens and pencils, and any other bits and bobs.

This is quite a quality-looking weekender bag. I like the way it unzips fully down the side instead of just across the top.

Don’t sleep on Lands’ End linens, like this towel set that looks — especially now — much more expensive than it is.
