Guava Nectar Gelée
Over the last five years or so, fancy and decorative Jell-O/jelly/gelée has been a big trend among food-industry folks and on social media. Now you can make it yourself at home: Strategist writer Ambar Pardilla tried several flavors from the newly launched brand Gelée and liked guava best because it reminds her of the refreshing guava juice she drank as a kid.
