Nordstrom is running some pretty good discounts this week. The clearance section is steeply discounted, and many items are an extra 25 percent off, no code needed, making lots of things half off (or more). As usual, the women’s section is robust with a large selection of summery pieces from brands like Free People, Mango, Farm Rio, and more. The men’s choices are already a bit picked over in the size department, but I pulled a handful of nice pieces that still have decent stock, like basic shorts and tops, and I dropped in a few options for kids, too. I especially like the shoe category, including the Sam Edelman kitten heels I just bought for weddings and some Adidas with a surprisingly wide range of sizes still in stock.

There’s less of a summer focus in the men’s section, but I did add a couple pairs of Cotton On shorts that are available in a handful of colors. Otherwise, you can find some nice basics, like a Vince button-up shirt and AG jeans. And Hoka alert: Cliftons are 40 percent off.

Nordstrom has the best (and cutest) Mini Boden deals — this time, a $22 striped dress, a $14 floral top, and a $22 rugby sweater for fall. But I found a smattering of other good deals, including tees and swimsuits, from other brands.
