While I believe you can never go wrong setting the table with simple, transparent glassware, it’s also a prime area to have a little more fun. Colorful, textural, patterned drinking glasses can work in a maximalist context, and they certainly add visual interest to otherwise neutral décor like white plates or classic stemmed wineglasses.
