If I’ve learned anything from the Strategist’s greatBig Light debate, it’s that I’m not alone in thinking overhead lighting is cruel and cold and simply can’t be good for the circadian rhythms.Lampsmake everything feel kinder and more intimate — so when my boyfriend and I moved in together last fall, I quickly established the No Overhead Light Law.
