I’ve been a mom for over 15 years, which means I’ve received many Mother’s Day gifts. Aside from the sweet handmade Popsicle-stick photo frames and clay jewelry dishes, my favorite gifts are always the ones I would never buy myself — usually things I consider a splurge.
When I give gifts, I like to buy special, elevated items. But when I buy something for myself, I tend to be morepractical. If your mom, or the mom figure in your life, is like me, andbudgetis not a concern, surprise her with asplurge-worthy giftshe can’t justify buying herself. And these gifts aren’t expensive for the sake of being expensive. They’re useful, pampering, sentimental, and will make her life easier. From a thoughtfully designedweekend bagto a luxehand cream that fights the signs of aging, here are 25 gift ideas that are the worth the expense.
Each item should arrive in time for Mother’s Day, but make sure to double-check stock and shipping times. And if you’re looking for even more Mother’s Day gift-giving inspiration ahead of May 10, ourmegahubfeatures tons of excellent recommendations from our team of professional shoppers.
