If you’re looking for a face mask that has both red and blue LEDs, this is a good option from Dr. Dennis Gross. “The elastic is comfortable and secure, and the mask contours well to my face, so it never leaves any marks,” says New Yorkdermatologist Dendy Engelman. “I’ll often wear it while I’m reviewing papers or a script before a TV appearance.” Though note that the hard shell means it won’t contour perfectly to all face shapes.
