It’s officially Prime Day again. This time, Amazon’s big sale event is called Prime Big Deal Days, and it lasts from October 6 through the end of the day October 7 (2:59 a.m. ET the following day, if you’re being specific). As per usual, a seemingly endless number of products are on sale — and that’s why our team is going through them with a fine-tooth comb to determine which deals are actually worth your time and money.
There are deals in every price category, but the under-$50 group is especially compelling. I’ve spotted several of our favorites, including Best in Class home and kitchen products, clothing from classic brands like Levi’s and Madewell, and some nice things for pets too. But I’d pay particular attention to a couple of areas: beauty and household essentials. So many great skin-care products, from reader-loved serums to cult-classic lip balm, are on sale, so it’s a smart time to buy your favorites. And necessities like laundry detergent, office supplies, sunscreen, and toothpaste are a fraction of the cost — stock up while prices are low.

Clothes and accessories
A bunch of great basics are also on sale on the fashion front.
