Big Spoon Roasters has unveiled its first limited-batch nut butter of the year: Toffee Crunch Peanut and Cashew. Made in collaboration with Brooklyn-based pastry chef Laurie Ellen (who, by the way, makes the most giftable cookies), it features toffee-coated candied pecans, plus some extra crunch from toasted coconut chips and cacao nibs.
