Typically, when we make aStrategist 100— be it forlighting,travel gear, orstripes— we’re collecting dozens of items that we’ve written about before, each carefully tested by our team, recommended by especially tasteful people, or vetted by experts in any given field. But for ourSummer 100, we tried something new: What would it look like to simply gather all of the things our team is eyeing in one place? So we rounded up the items in all of our open tabs, notes apps, and Slacks and turned up cherry-red linen shorts, floating movie screens, and many, many pairs of sandals. Now, we’re back with the Fall 100: the same idea as summer but this time with lots of chunkysweaters, sturdy-lookingcorduroys,loafers, andboots. There’s a pair ofred socksin an especially promising shade of crimson, a waxed and belted trench, some low-but-not-too-low low-rise jeans, and even a surprisingly chic leaf bag.
