Flamingo Estate made a name for itself (and entered our stratosphere) with itstomato candle, which was perfectly timed to thetomato-candle trendof 2021. Since then, we’ve featured the Los Angeles–based brand in countless Strategist roundups; its wide array of pantry goods includes everything fromstatus-y hand soaptoolive oiltocoffee beans. But the vegetable-waxcandlesremain our most-recommended product. The scents vary widely and have great throw, and the packaging is lovely to boot. They’re vegan and cruelty free, too. Flamingo Estate fans also know that the (fairly pricey) goods rarely go on sale (the few items that were in theNordstrom Anniversary Salesold out quickly). But a truly good deal is afoot: Through Sunday night,all of the brand’s candles and candle sets— except XL and personalized candles — are 21 percent off. Most offerings are now $51, down from $64. It’s still a splurge, but worth it if you’re hoping to turn your home into a garden-scented oasis.
