I’ve had the ten-inch version (it also comes in a smaller eight-inch and a larger 12-inch) in my collection for a couple of years now and it’s still in great shape. I’m careful to use silicone or wood cooking utensils only, and clean it by hand — but still, that’s an incredibly impressive lifespan. The entire outside of the pan is stainless steel, so it heats very evenly. And the design details — a comfortable rounded handle that’s well-bracketed and a rolled lip for sliding food out — give it even more of an edge.
