New Stuff Alert: Jellycat Bag Charms and Frankie’s Bikinis
For this week’s Don’t Dillydally, we’ve rounded up a range of newly released products we’re particularly excited about, including a “sexy” Art Deco shower curtain, a baguette bag charm, and a kids’ backpack.
Little Spoon x Dusen Dusen

Little Spoon is known for its cool collabs — last year, it made a puffer coat with Rachel Antonoff — and its most recent is this carry-everything bag designed in collaboration with Dusen Dusen, which has a colorful, striped design and looks a bit like an oversize Baggu.
Daniel Humm x Crate & Barrel

Chef Daniel Humm, owner of Eleven Madison Park and Clemente Bar, has collaborated with Crate & Barrel on a furniture collection. What I’m most interested in are the kitchen accoutrements, mainly this hand-blown measuring cup, which can be flipped to measure a half-cup or a cup. It’s nice enough to sit out on a countertop, and it would elevate a weeknight dinner routine.
Réalisation Par x Frankie’s Bikinis

This collaboration between Réalisation Par and Frankie’s Bikinis touches on all the summer’s most popular prints: cherries, animal print, and polka dot. Most of them are reversible, which feels like buying two bathing suits in one.
Jellycat

After senior Strategist writer Liza Corsillo spent a couple hours at the Jellycat diner in midtown, Strategist staff has kept a close eye on new launches. Its newest crop of plushies includes a split pistachio, a sugar glider, and this baguette bag charm, which would look cute next to a Labubu.
Hopp

Another hot topic in Strategist chats — clogs, mules, and all other slip-on shoes. These from Hopp Frankenstein all the shoewear trends at once: mesh, mules, and wedges, resulting in footwear that senior writer Lauren Ro says are “kind of crazy.”
Calpak

In time for back-to-school shopping, Calpak has released a kids’ backpack that feels like an update to the L.L.Bean backpacks of yore. The bags are sized according to age — starting at the smallest size for 3-to-5-year-olds and going up to the largest size, designed for kids ages 8 to 12. It can also be customized with their name or initials, so it won’t get lost in the shuffle.
Aritzia x The Thistles

Aritzia, a favorite of Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy acolytes, has collaborated with eyewear brand the Thistles on three pairs of glasses in classic silhouettes. These rectangular frames riff on the classic wayfarer, with a slightly winged-out shape.
Frama Petit Rond
New! You can now save this product for later.
Copenhagen design brand Frama released its Petit Rond collection last week — an assortment of slim, metal-forward tables and stools that can be used indoors or outdoors. Another nice thing: All of the components are stackable, ideal for anyone tight on space.
The Sims Board Game
New! You can now save this product for later.
As a lifelong Simmer and occasional Life board-game player, I’m excited to see a tabletop version of The Sims. It can be played with up to five people and has classic characters like the Grim Reaper and Bella Goth. Out July 20, it’s currently available for preorder at Target.
Briogeo Hair Oil
New! You can now save this product for later.
Briogeo, which makes one of our favorite hair masks, has released a hair oil that offers heat protection up to 450 degrees and moisturizes hair without weighing it down. The main ingredients are plum oil and yuzu extract, antioxidants that help to protect hair from environmental stressors and also nourish hair strands.
Rhode Glazing Mist

The internet has been drooling over the Harris Dickinson photos so much, I nearly forgot it was an ad. Now the product — the Rhode Glazing Mist — is available. Designed to refresh skin, it uses ectoin — an amino acid that binds water molecules to the skin — ceramides, beta-glucan, panthenol, and magnolia extract to rehydrate skin throughout the day.
Quiet Town Shower Curtain
New! You can now save this product for later.
Quiet Town — our best-in-class shower curtain, which writer Erin Schwartz says is “kind of sexy” — recently released a gridded version inspired by glass bricks. When the light hits, it creates a kaleidoscope of color that bounces off the walls, creating the “sun shower” that gives the curtain its name.
