For this week’s “Don’t Dillydally,” we’ve rounded up a range of newly released products we’re particularly excited about, including Dusen Dusen beanbags, a sleek Bluetooth speaker, and Snoopy art supplies.
OOLY has jumped on the Peanuts-collaboration train; its first collection featuring Snoopy and the gang includes a set of double-sided markers, a set of crayons in a school-bus carrying case, a scratch-art kit, and more. I got to test the products myself at the New York Toy Fair, and the markers were my favorite — they have a brush tip on one side and Lucy, Snoopy, Woodstock, and Charlie Brown rubber stamps on the other.

Danner’s newest hiking shoe is specifically designed for hot weather; the upper is made with quick-drying materials to help wick sweat and avoid excess friction that can cause blisters, while the removable footbed is designed to keep air circulating. There are five different colors across the men’s and women’s pairs, but I’m partial to Timberwolf, a mushroom-y beige shade with black and greenish-gray accents.

Tivoli radios and speakers are as much a sign of quiet luxury as a pair of Churches loafers or a Loro Piana sweater. The brand has just launched a mini Bluetooth speaker called the Boutique; it measures 4.5 inches square and is among the most affordable options it sells.
Cecilie Bahnsen’s designs in collaboration with North Face debuted on the runway last September and the shoppable pieces are finally available. The all-black collection features feminine details like Gore-Tex flower appliqués and flow-y scalloped edges and includes a dress, jackets, a pair of shorts, and a pair of waterproof boots that have almost completely sold out.

I found out about this collaboration when fellow writer Lauren Ro dropped the link in the Strategist’s daily chats Slack channel. In addition to this set of two seats that can be used separately or together like a sofa, the collection includes a poof, a beanbag chair, a hammock, and a throw pillow. It’s all exclusive to the Moma Design Store and timed to Dusen Dusen’s pop-up at the Soho store.
Mini Rodini’s newest collection is a love letter to the founder’s home city, Stockholm. That translates to lots of friendly music notes, puffer fish, seagulls, and ladybugs. These three pieces are the clear standouts.
I am constantly scrolling through the Marimekko website and drooling over stuff I can’t afford, and this Petra Börner artist-series collaboration is my newest obsession.
