Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Bar Soap, Rose
I love the brand. I love the packaging. It’s like the Patagonia of soap. It’s a family-owned product. They have an amazing corporate culture. They treat their employees with a lot of dignity and respect. And it’s a great natural product. Both the liquid andbar soapsare amazing, but I prefer the bar soap.

I use this as an extra moisture boost before I apply a serum or amoisturizer. If it’s a particularly dry day or I just want a bit of dewiness on my face, I reach for it. It gives me French pharmacy energy. I like to use it on my kids, too. It’s fun and something I feel comfortable putting on their faces so they’re included.

This is my go-to drugstoresunscreen. I have dermatitis and very sensitive skin, and this feels very gentle. Usually, my skin reacts with other sunblocks, but not with this. I also feel like it’s hard to put on a thick sunscreen every single day. This has a very light texture and finish. It’s very hard to find a goodzinc sunscreenthat checks all of those boxes or doesn’t leave your face ghostly. This is the one.

This is an all-star product. I travel with castor oil because it really helps if you’re experiencing time-change-related or routine-change-related constipation. You just rub it into your belly button at night before bed and that really helps toease digestionand have a nicer transition into a better poop schedule. I also use it at home if I’m ever experiencing any digestive congestion or constipation. It’s one of my top ways to address that. Once I rub it into my belly, I’ll put on a cottonT-shirt, something that I don’t mind absorbing a little bit of the excess oil. Any additional oil on my hands I’ll use on my heels or elbows. I’ve done it since maybe 2015.

This is just very straightforward drugstore goodness. I use this every single day. I’ll cleanse my face and moisturize, and then I’ll apply Aquaphor to my lips. It may not keep my lips hydrated all day, but I feel like it’s one of the bestlip balmsfor me. It doesn’t make my lips more chapped, and it doesn’t leave a residue or aftertaste.

I honestly have used thisshave gelfor so long. I’m pretty sure it’s toxic and not a natural product, but it works really well. My skin doesn’t get irritated and I have a smooth shave, but I’ve never really tried other shaving products. This just works and is easy.

When my kids were babies and had a diaper rash or even minor eczema, I’d use this. I still use it for any kind of irritation, since it has a lot ofzinc. Zinc is also helpful for dermatitis, so I use it anytime I have a flare-up. It helps calm it down pretty instantly.

I know this is bad, because you’re not supposed to use baby wipes. But I’m in remission for endometriosis. Basically, one of my treatment modalities is that I stopped using tampons and started using pads, so that I could fully release and cleanse every cycle of my endometrial tissue and my menstrual cycle. These are essential for me. I really feel like I need water wipes to feel clean during my cycle.

Diva Disc
This is TMI, but you asked. I have a short cervix and tried to use the Diva Cup like a hundred times, but was it was always leaking. Then I discovered the Diva Disc, which is a slightly different shape. This is a greatalternative to tampons. It just collects the blood for eight hours, then you pull it out, and wash it. It’s like a reusable little cup that is not putting any kind of bleach or formaldehyde or cotton inside of you.
