If you missed out on the initial drop of Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s NYC-inspired, affordableWorld Cupjerseys — only 1,500 of the $50 kits were made and sold in person at theNYC CityStore— you will be happy to know that they have been restocked and you’ve got one more chance to buy one. The mayor’s office has been releasing 500 jerseys at 10 a.m. each weekday since Wednesday, July 8, and will continue through Thursday, July 16, meaning New Yorkers and fans of New York merch have only one chance left to buy.

The Brooklyn-made jerseys were designed byArsh Raziuddinand produced by family-owned custom-soccer-apparel manufacturerMazzi Sports, which has been in business since 1986. They come in three colorways and are emblazoned with retro New York graphics like a soccer-ball-patterned big apple and a pigeon with borough-specific logos on the sleeve. To buy one, you’ll need to first create an account atnyc.gov/citystore; I recommend doing this early. Then be ready to pick a color (yellow and black, blue and red, or black and white) and a size (XS to 4XL). There is no shipping available, so you (or a friend) will need to pick up your purchase in person at the CityStore’s 1 Centre Street location.

The jerseys have been selling out within minutes. So if you can’t get one or you’re just really desperate to get your hands onanyof the NYC World Cup campaign merch, you can buy awater bottleon the CityStore website, andthoseare available for shipping. There’s also aseries of collectible souvenir cupsrepresenting each of the five boroughs with the same great graphics available at dozens of restaurants throughout the city, including Eataly, Veselka, Wagamama, Inday, Bareburger, and Cafe Grumpy.
