Camper, Sephora, Best Buy: The 111 Best Labor Day Sales

Another holiday weekend has arrived. In addition to the day off, there are sales aplenty, and I’ve been digging all week to find the very best. I’m eyeing a lot of the furniture on sale since I’m moving into a new apartment soon, though all the sales-on-sale in the fashion sphere are also tempting. Several of our writers have put together brand- and category-specific guides: Amazon, beauty, kids’ stuff, mattresses, kitchen gear, end-of-summer essentials, REI, and more. Below, I’ve organized the best deals, first by category, then alphabetically by merchant. Most sales will end on Monday, September 7, at midnight wherever you live, but I’ve noted when dates differ from the norm. Anthropologie is offering up to 40 percent off select clothing and accessories.

Select styles are up to 50 percent off, while already-on-sale items are an additional 20 percent off at checkout. This V-neck sweater from the Strategist Fall 100 is on my wish list.

Need some new workout gear? A ton of styles are heavily discounted at Beyond Yoga’s warehouse sale, from running shorts to cropped tanks.

Grab a pair of Camper’s ultracomfortable shoes while they’re 50 percent off (and sign up for emails to get an extra 10 percent off).

Hundreds of full-price styles are up to 60 percent off, and already-on-sale items are an extra 50 percent off at checkout.

Everything at J.Crew is 40 percent off, so we recommend getting your sweater situation sorted before the weather starts to get really chilly.

Hot denim-deals alert: Everything at the Levi’s Labor Day sale is 30 to 40 percent off, and already-on-sale items are an extra 40 percent off at checkout.

Sunglass Hut is taking up to 50 percent off select frames for its semi-annual sale.

Amazon’s beauty section isn’t huge, but with a little digging we found some good deals on one of our favorite CC creams and a pink Dyson Airwrap. Don’t forget to check out our megaguide to Amazon’s Labor Day sale for the rest of the site’s holiday-weekend deals.

Through September 7, you can take 25 percent off the entire Bobbi Brown website, including Serena Williams’s favorite foundation.

Kosas is offering 25 percent off sitewide. Writer Arielle Avila says its concealer is “hydrating, packed with skin-care ingredients, and so lightweight that I can barely feel it.” Writer Brenley Goertzen loves the brand’s setting powder because it’s “brightening but also reduces shine” and prevents her concealer from creasing. And the brand’s DreamBeam sunscreen is one of Katherine Heigl’s favorites.

Paula’s Choice makes some of our favorite summer skin care, OTC retinols, and vitamin-C serums. The entire site is 20 percent off, and orders of $100 or more are 30 percent off with code SAVE30. Amazon is price-matching most products.

Select products at Sephora are up to 50 percent off, including many from Strategist-favorite brands like Glossier, First Aid Beauty, and Summer Fridays. Sephora is also price-matching Labor Day sales at a handful of brands and retailers, so I’ve included two links where applicable.

Take 20 percent off sitewide, no code needed. I’d stock up on the brand’s Best in Class sunscreens, moisturizers, and oils.

Though not technically for Labor Day, Ulta’s 21+ Days of Beauty sale will span the long weekend. Select products are half off each day through September 17, and there are different weekly deals as well. (I’ve included a few of the latter, which are on sale through September 10, below.)

A wide range of furnishings are up to 40 percent off at Article (though I did notice some items marked “clearance” have an even deeper discount). My favorite deals are under the living-room umbrella, including plush sectionals, big armchairs, and expansive cabinets.

Brooklinen’s entire site is 25 percent off, and bundles are up to 50 percent off. Lots of Best in Class bedding and bath products are on sale, like our favorite sateen sheets and bathrobe.

Great Jones is offering 30 percent off sitewide (with a few exceptions, such as gift cards) with the code LABORDAY30; it’s the best deal the brand offers. I’m a big fan of its nonstick sheet pans, which come in both half- and quarter-size.

There’s a 35 percent discount sitewide and 45 percent off select best sellers at Joybird, and if you’re not sure where to start, the Eliot sofa (one of our favorite sofas-in-a-box), Soto chair (designer recommended), and small space-friendly Holt modular sectional in a fun checkered fabric are all good jumping-off points.

In the world of affordable candles, P.F. Candle Co.’s have long been our favorites — and everything is 20 to 25 percent off through Monday night.

Sabai makes some of Kate Berlant’s and Jacqueline Novak’s favorite things to sit on, and it has a very cool collab with Julio Torres. For the long weekend, Sabai is taking $300 off orders over $1,500; $700 off orders over $3,500; and $1,000 off orders of $5,000 and up.
