In case you missed it, my colleagues have spent the last several days covering theAmazon Big Spring Sale, which runs through Monday, March 31. They’ve been rounding up thebest dealsacross categories, and while they were culling through hundreds and hundreds of products, they noticed that Great Jones (whose sales are on the rarer side) is offering 20 percent off of a bunch of nonstick bakeware, stainless steel cookware, and more. So they asked me to round up my favorite pieces. Below, I’ve detailed what I think is worth buying — from an especially attractive sheet pan to a very handy stock pot.

Great Jones’ nonsticksheet trayis one of my favorites. The coating holds up well, so long as you’re careful to not use metal utensils against it (though I’ll admit I’ve done that on occasion and mine is still in great shape). It’s also never warped in the oven and is quite easy to clean. The best part? I like to use mine as a tray because it’s so nice looking — especially now that we’re heading into warmer months and I’ll be grilling and entertaining in the backyard.

This cooling rack fits perfectly inside Holy Sheet (or any standard half sheet tray).

Or you can opt for the quarter sheet tray, which is half the size of the one above and comes in handy for all the same things while being overall more manageable to handle.

Great Jones’ bakeware all comes with a wavy, corrugated bottom to help baked goods release effortlessly (and, they say, to help protect against scratching). Opt for this cake pan, thesquare one, or theloaf pan.

A special shoutout for the muffin pan — because all the berries are about to be in season and I’m seeing many berry muffins in your future.

These liquid measuring cups (the larger is a four-cup, the smaller two) are made from borosilicate glass — just like the more standard ones, but colorful. They come with measurements in ounces, cups, and milliliters.

Now onto the stainless steel. This saucepan is three quarts — a very versatile size. You can steam rice and vegetables, boil grains, make sauces, and even cook a couple of full portions of, say, soup or stew.

Deep Cut is a ten-inch saute pan with higher sides than a standard skillet — meaning it’s perfect for tossing pastas around, crisping up a filet of fish or fried rice, or making lacy-edged sunny-side-up eggs without oil splatters getting everywhere.

The eight-quart stock pot isbig, a good buy if you’re regularly cooking larger-portioned dinners like soups, stews, and pastas — or, of course, if you’re in the regular stock-making game.

And though I’ve never personally used it, I would be remiss not to mention the best deal of them all: The brand’s cutting board is 40 percent off. It comes in blue, too, and while both would look cute left out on the counter, I especially like the green because I can see it doubling as a surface to hold crudités.
