What Nicola Peltz Beckham Can’t Live Without

I love my Stanley cup. I was never a person who broughtwater bottlesaround with me. My mom sent me one, and I absolutely made fun of her. I was like,I’m never going to bring that thing anywhere with me. That’s so embarrassing.Now, I’m that person who can’t go anywhere without it. My go-to is the generic gray one that my mom gave me. She also bought me a pink one for Hanukkah, which is cute. I will say that you have to switch out the straws and make sure you clean them.

I just used it this morning and was reminded how much I love it. I use the clear one because it adds a nice top layer of gloss over lip liner orlipstickand stays throughout the day. I also use it at night before bed as alip treatmentbecause it’s hydrating. It’s makeup, but it’s actually good for your lips.

I have such asweet tooth. I cannot have coffee or matcha without Truvia. I don’t care for the other sugar alternatives; I find that they’re too powdery and taste more fake. This has the closest consistency to sugar. I will have stevia because sometimes that’s all they have, but Truvia is my one true love.

It’s true. I lovesnackingon dates. My favorites are the little ones that come in a little box of three from Joolies. I am such a snacker, and these are good to just grab-and-go.

My in-laws keep their house so cold. Anytime I know I’m staying there, this is a must because I cannot sleep at that temperature. I feel like I’m sleeping in a freezer. At home, my husband, Brooklyn, likes the room at 60 degrees, which is absolutely wild. I always have this with me, even on planes. It’s my comfort thing.

Like I said, I’m constantly cold and like cozy things. I always have fuzzysockswith me. I usually just buy them at CVS. My favorite color is pink, so I get those whenever I come across them.

I carry my littledigital cameraeverywhere. Capturing memories this way makes me so happy. It’s so much more special than on a phone, and they’re more fun to look back on this way. I took some photos with my PowerShot while filmingLola, but Brooklyn actually took the BTS photos. They turned out amazing, and I really loved having him as our on-set photographer.

I’m not big on the wirelessheadphonesbecause I always end up losing them. I stick with these wired ones, because they’re easy and I’m always listening to music on my phone. I don’t have a musical bone in my body, but I really appreciate it. It’s powerful, it can lift your mood, and if I’m prepping for a role, it gets me in the right headspace. ForLola, since it takes place in 2002, I ended up listening to tons of early-2000s music.

I absolutely could not live without mydogs. Brooklyn and I have a Chihuahua named Nala, a bichon named Label, a three-legged mixed poodle named Angel, a little Maltese mix named Birdie, Peanut, who we share with my friend, and, of course, our first rescue Lamb. She’s in the other room. I bring her everywhere with me because she gets anxious if we leave her. I have a dog rescue that I run with my friend Emma Kenney. We started it a year and a half ago and have saved maybe a little over 200 dogs from the euthanasia list at shelters in Los Angeles. Sometimes people reach out to us and say they found abandoned dogs, too. It absolutely breaks my heart. I just want to save as many dogs as possible. This is something we’ll continue to do forever.
