I’m not a big fan of winter (or cold in general), but one of its upsides is having a reason to lounge around — especially if a big, cozy throw blanket is involved. Which is why I’m eyeing the now-half-off Sophie Faux Fur throw blanket from Anthropologie. I’ve been intrigued by this blanket since I heard my fellow Strategist writer Ambar Pardilla (a former Anthropologie employee herself) sing its praises; she’s seen sales associates fight to buy it with their discount in store. Now that it’s marked down from $98 to $49, I just might have to pull the trigger. According to Pardilla, the throw is supremely soft, never itchy, and quite durable too. It comes in 16 vibrant and neutral colors, 12 of which are currently discounted (only the Striped Cedar, Sky, Pink, and Maize colorways are excluded) . It would also happen to make a great gift for just about anyone on your list if you’re still finishing your holiday shopping.
