New-Stuff Alert: A MoMA-fied Tripp Trapp High Chair
For this week’s “Don’t Dillydally,” we’ve rounded up a range of newly released products we’re particularly excited about, including a new colorway of the iconic Tripp Trapp chair, a stylish glider from Babyletto x Nate Berkus, and the first U.S.-compatible lighting collection from Matilda Goad.

Tripp Trapp x MoMA

The iconic Tripp Trapp high chair was created in the ’70s by Norwegian designer Peter Opsvik. It’s a favorite of Strategist staffers and has been named our best-overall pick owing to its adaptability (it can be used into adulthood with a weight capacity of 242 pounds) and stylish shape. It has been updated in a new colorway thanks to a collaboration with MoMA that brings color blocking to the classic design, and the seat and foot plate are reversible so you can create a custom configuration to go with your space.
Sesame Street x Bombas

Bombas, whose socks helped one of our writers train for a marathon pain-free, has teamed with Sesame Street on a collection of socks and slippers. There’s plenty to choose from — Elmo slippers; a four-pack of ankle socks showing the key cast; and my favorites, calf socks in retro colors that feature Grover, Big Bird, Elmo, and Cookie Monster.
Sesame Street x New York or Nowhere
In more Sesame Street news: a collection with New York or Nowhere. The designs range from Sesame Street–forward, with a “Count on NYC” shirt that features Count von Count, to shirts that say “New York or Nowhere” in Sesame Street green. The designs are available in adult and kids’ sizes, so you can match with the little person in your life.
Nate Berkus x Babyletto

Interior designer Nate Berkus has created a line of furniture for Babyletto, which makes some of our favorite glider chairs. This collection contains three new designs that, to the naked eye, look like stylish non-reclining chairs. Another nice feature: a USB port so you can charge your phone while spending time with baby.
MG&Co. launches U.S.-compatible lighting

You can finally achieve Matilda Goad’s elevated cottage aesthetic thanks to her first U.S.-compatible lighting range. There are pendants, flush mounts, and table lamps in a variety of soothing shades. I like this flush light in particular: It has a stepped base, is inspired by 1950s design, and would look at home in a retro NYC bathroom.
Fishwife x Bag Balm

Bag Balm, an ointment originally designed for moisturizing cows’ udders, has in recent years become a viral moisturizing hack. Now, the brand has collaborated with Fishwife on a trio of mini Bag Balms that come in a slide-open tin inspired by Fishwife’s pastoral-looking packaging.
Victoria Beckham Beauty Rouge Victoria Collection

Following a debut at Paris Fashion Week, Victoria Beckham Beauty has released a new line of red lipsticks, Rouge Victoria. The shades range from poppy red to deep wine and have a demi-matte finish.
British Millerain x the North Face

The North Face has partnered with British Millerain to create a waxed-cotton version of the ’76 Mountain Parka, giving it a heritage makeover with the technical shape the North Face is known for. Its fabric and antique snaps are meant to patina over time and give it a lived-in feel.
e.l.f. Pop Tromsø

E.l.f. Is the latest beauty brand to launch fragrance and body care, starting with a body mist and butter. The first scent, Tromsø, has notes of spice, orange zest, cardamom, cedarwood, and warm musk. The two products are meant to be used together to amplify and lock in the fragrance.
DedCool x Emi Jay

The latest addition to Emi Jay’s hair and body-mist lineup is Mochi Milk, created in collaboration with DedCool. The lightweight scent smells of marshmallow, peach, rice milk, vanilla, sandalwood, and musk, and has an ultrafine mist for finished hairstyles.
Bobbi Brown x the Met

The holiday collections have already started rolling out. On the beauty front, Bobbi Brown has released a limited-edition collection with the Metropolitan Museum, which reimagines the brand’s classic packaging with iconic works of art. My favorite is this festive eye-shadow palette that will make holiday-party eye makeup a breeze.
Xbox x Ikea

For the gamer in your life, Ikea created the YXSTABY collection with the help of Xbox designers. It brings Scandinavian aesthetics to an often utilitarian space, with a silver controller platter and a display box that turns controllers into objets d’art. It launches online on November 30 but is currently available in stores.
Universal Standard x Abisola
Universal Standard has teamed with writer and interior designer Abisola Omole on a fall collection. It’s rare to see minimal silhouettes in size-inclusive brands, so I’m impressed. Some standout pieces: the ponte blazer, faux-suede skirt, and polo sweater, which comes in a very pretty baby blue.
New CS-8 colors

I bring my Camp Snap CS-8 to every hang. It mimics the Super 8 look but is iPhone compatible, making it easy to create home movies that can be posted on Instagram in the course of a night. The camera used to come in just one shade, but now it’s available in three new colorways. I have my eye on Espresso, a gorgeous brown and cream. These are currently available for preorder and shipping at the end of October.
H&M Moves NYC
H&M recently released a collection inspired by the New York Marathon. The minimal-looking assortment offers sleek tops and bottoms in compelling shades such as cobalt and navy blue.
