Whether or not it feels like it, we are indeed approaching the end of winter (some more slowly than others). Ignore the windchill and look to the stores: Spring styles are emerging, and retailers are celebrating by by selling off their cold-weather stock — including Nordstrom, which just launched itsend-of-season sale.
